Obsession part 6Part 6: Healing Love
"I'm glad that's over with," Penelope said on the train ride home.
"Pauline, you can let go of me now," Pepe said. Pauline had her arms, legs and tail wrapped around him and was refusing to let go. At his word, Pauline only huggled him harder and purred even louder. Pepe sighed and smiled, stroking his daughter's hair.
"Cute, isn't eet?" Gretchen said, watching Pauline.
"Yeah," I agreed.
"What will happen to Harriet?" Pepe asked.
"I'll put the word in that she's mentally disturbed," I said. "She should go to a hospital, not prison."
"Good," Pepe said. "She wasn't a bad person. She didn't mean to hurt anybody."
We were all silent for a while. Then Gretchen spoke up. "Jack...did you ever...?"
"Yes?"
"Well, did you...?"
"Gretch," I said, taking her hand in both of mine. "I know."
"You know?" Gretchen said. The Le Pews were looking up. "But how--?"

Obsession part 5Part 5: True Love
Pepe wandered through the streets. "What do I do?" he asked himself. "Where can I go?"
He was so absorbed in his thoughts that he wasn't paying attention to where he was going. He bumped into a man. "Excusez-moi," he said, moving around him.
The man stopped him. Looking up, Pepe saw that he was a young Mexican-American with greasy black hair and a set of studs on his lower lip. He had a black bandana tied around his arm and a tattoo on his bicep that said "SMG." He had three other youths with him, all dressed similarly with similar black bandanas and tattoos.
Pepe didn't know it, but these youths were members of a local gang called Santa Monica 13, whose activities included assault, robbery, auto theft, drug trafficking...and murder.
"There's a fee for bumping into me, loco" the man said.
"What eez set?" Pepe said, noticing that the other youths were moving to surround him.
"Everything you got," the youth replied,Obsession part 5 by ~ResidentoToonTown
